CONSUMER BE AWARE – RIGHT and BENEFITS – FRAUD, SCAM and TRICKERY

TMobil: T-Mobile says their services don’t have hidden fees, but there’s a full monthly charge if you cancel/move the service to a different carrier. Customers who signed up and corresponding no-contract plans through T-Mobile buy into two separate agreements: to pay TMobil a month in advance and setup a month-to-month autopayment for TMobil's service and when a customer ends/moves her/his service, they’re billed for the full/last month of TMobil's service. T-Mobile would not refund money due me of unused service time. It doesn't matter when you canceled TMobil's service TMobil will charge you for a full month if you cancel/move your TMobil's service where else. Life is suck and we're stuck with TMobil. I'm not one to write reviews, but this is an exception. Suggest you not use T-Mobile. Let us know if you know how we can get our refund for the last month service we didn't use. This is the State where poverty rate is high and remains high as ever. According to official poverty statistics, 14.3% of Californians lacked enough resources—about $24,000 per year for a family of four—to meet basic needs in 2016. As averaged from 2013 to 2015, California had America's 17th-highest poverty rate, 15 percent, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. California is the most populous state in the nation. With slightly more than 39 million people (according to 2016 estimates), California is the nation's most populous state—its population is almost one and a half times that of second-place Texas (28 million). In 2016, about 15.28 million people in California were of Hispanic or Latino origin (approximately 38.9 percent). This is why California has the nation's highest poverty rate. The results? Recipients of this assistance earned more than the average pre-tax, first-year wage for a teacher in 11 states and more than the starting wage for a secretary in 39 states. This means welfare beneficiaries could make a better living off public assistance programs than they would working full-time jobs at minimum wage in many states — prompting the study to infer that many are likely to choose welfare over work should this trend continue.
