Dorota Górecka is a photographer based in Lodz, poland. Her photos are artistic, aesthetic, enchanting, sensual and poetic. Dorota Gorecka gets some of her inspiration from Dutch painters of the Golden Age period. She looks out for places that appeal to her and then tries to work with available light at a visually striking time of the day.
Jaime Del Pizzo was born and raised outside of philadelphia. Born with a severe hearing loss, Del pizzo finds many areas of life a challenge, including photography. Jaime has followed the path in photography with different opportunities and experiences that have allowed her to grow her craft. She lived in Colorado for four years, spent time in puerto Rico, Alaska and now resides in Bellingham, Washington.
Sally Mann is an American photographer known for her black-and-white portraits of her family and documentation of the landscape of the American South. Sally Mann was introduced to photography by her father, Robert Munger, a physician who photographed her nude as a girl. In 1969, as a teenager, she took up photography in Vermont at the Putney School and then spent two years at Bennington College, where she studied with photographer Norman Sieff and met and proposed to the man who became her husband, Larry Mann. After spending a year in Europe, she graduated (1974) summa cum laude from Hollins College (now Hollins University) in Roanoke, Virginia, and a year later she earned a master’s degree in writing.
