Primary Resposibilities:

Primary Resposibilities:

Qualification:

3+ years working with documentation and publishing tools.
Bachelor’s degree in information sciences or English preferred.
Solid understanding of DITA semantics, taxonomy, and search technologies.
Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments concurrently while maintaining high levels of quality and effectiveness.
Proven experience supporting an XML authoring environment and a DITA CMS.
Experience in DITA customization including implementing constraints and customizations.
Extensive experience with one or more of the following technologies: Arbortext Editor, XMetal, Oxygen XML Editor, and easy DITA.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across global and culturally diverse teams are required.
Experience with medical devices and FDA regulated environment is highly preferred.
